On the 12th of August, 7 students were fortunate enough to get the opportunity to meet Ms. Michelle Wong, the Senior Director of Corporate Finance since 2016 at Gaw Capital. Ms. Wong is an impressive lady , having graduated with a master's degree in Civil Engineer ing from Imperial College London. During our two hours with her, she gave us insight into how she got to where she was today - what mindsets we should develop in order to survive in this field. We also learnt about the many different connections we should form to better understand markets . We were also all able to discuss our aspirations and dreams in the business world, with Ms. Wong giving us advice on how to achieve them. It was a very enlightening afternoon, with many questions answered and our heads clearer about our futures.
